The quiet strength of tummy time. The pride of sitting up on their own. The curiosity, the personality, the little expressions that begin to emerge. These stages may feel small in the moment, but they are the building blocks of who your child is becoming.
Milestone sessions are a beautiful way to pause and preserve the moments that so easily slip by—through babyhood, toddler years, and beyond. From early milestones like tummy time and sitting, to first steps, first birthdays, and the growing personalities of toddlers and young children, each stage tells part of your child’s story.
Studio sessions offer a clean, timeless setting to focus on your baby just as they are right now—no occasion needed, just a desire to hold onto this moment a little longer.

The Process
Reserve Your Session
Studio sessions can be scheduled year-round. To reserve your session date on my calendar, a contract and session fee must be submitted. *The session fee is a non-refundable deposit that goes toward whichever package you select. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session and can be upgraded at the viewing and ordering appointment (see below).

Once you are on the calendar, we will start getting into the fun stuff- planning your session! I have a client closet of outfits that you are welcome to utilize, as well as a huge selection of props and backdrops to create beautiful portraits for your family.
We’ll also look into options for any artwork that you wish to create for your family or home. I’ll ask you to really think about how you want to enjoy those images in the future. I offer many different types of art including canvas, framed prints, wood mounted prints, boxed matted print sets, and traditional albums. You can view some of the beautiful products offered here to get a better idea.

On our scheduled session day, you’ll come see me at my new studio in Downtown Mystic, CT. We will have so much fun documenting your little ones in the moment! The studio is stocked with coffee, snacks, and a tv, but honestly most parents will do a good amount of baby/kid wrangling during our time together. You can be sure we’ll all walk away sweating but happy!

1-2 weeks after your session, you’ll be invited back to the studio to view your gallery, select which images you want, and purchase any additional images or artwork. All images in your gallery will be fully edited and ready to be delivered that same day. We’ll use some amazing software to custom design your wall art, ensuring you’ll love your printed pieces! All additional purchases will be done at this time, so I ask that all decisions makers attend this meeting. Most clients spend anywhere from $400 to $1000 at a milestone session.
